My favorite smoothie at the moment, is a blueberry yogurt delight. We all know Blueberries are so good for you. They are full of anti-oxidants and phytonutrients and so good for your eyes. I get these babies frozen and add a cup to my blender to start. I then add a cup of organic yogurt followed by all my powders. My powders change, and variety is good, but right now I am using a tablespoon of Chaga mushroom powder, and a tablespoon of Chlorella powder. I was using wheat grass, but switched to chlorella for it's many detoxifying benefits. Don't forget to add 2 or 3 leaves of fresh kale. I also like to use a tablespoon of a protein powder, which happens to be Hemp protein right now. I then add my supplement powders which is Youngevity's "Beyond Tangy Tangerine", and "Osteo-fx". These powders are full of anti-oxidants, vitamins and most importantly, minerals. They are plant based and easy to absorb. I top all that off with local milk or my daughter's favorite, hemp milk. Blend it up and there you go.....takes me all the way to lunch with no cravings or drops in blood sugar. Your body is satisfied and nourished. To your health!
